haven’t talked to in a long time.
- Read a book.
- Go to a movie.
- Make some hot chocolate or have a cup
of tea.
- Take a bubble bath.
- Put on some favorite music and dance
by yourself.
- Look at photos or videos of Christmas.
- Take an imaginary vacation on the
internet.
- Make a list of all the things you have to be happy
about.
